Find out what you don't know, and check it
Find the Answer
Almost every problem you will meet at work is one you have not seen before. The people who cope are not the ones who know more. They are the ones who can find out, and who can tell the difference between an answer and a guess. This module builds that, in order: search properly, judge what you find, break a question into answerable pieces, and hold your nerve when good sources disagree.
