Understand your payslip and not get scammed

Money & Safety

Nobody teaches you to read a payslip, work out what borrowing actually costs, or recognise the shape of a scam before it reaches you. So the first salary credit is a surprise, the first credit card bill is a worse one, and the first fraudulent message arrives on a day you happen to be busy. This module is about the mechanics — what the numbers on your own payslip mean, how interest behaves in both directions, the single pattern underneath every scam, and what to do in the first hour if something has already gone wrong. It teaches structure rather than figures, because the figures change and the structure does not.
